According to ESPN, the widely anticipated honor for Curry is scheduled to be made official in the next few days, with the Warriors poised to return to Oakland on Tuesday after Monday night’s Game 4 in Portland. The last MVP to repeat the award, LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers who Curry and the Warriors defeated in the NBA Finals.
